A signed purchase and sale agreement is only the beginning. The path from contract to close involves a dense web of deadlines, counterparties, and contingencies — any one of which can derail the transaction.

We manage the post-contract process for every listing and buyer assignment we take on. That means tracking every contingency, coordinating with lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys, and the other side of the transaction — and keeping our clients informed throughout.

For complex assignments — receiverships, REO dispositions, court-supervised sales — we add the additional layer of institutional reporting, overbid procedure management, and coordinating with multiple legal and financial stakeholders simultaneously.
