A signed purchase and sale agreement is only the beginning. The path from contract to close involves a dense web of deadlines, counterparties, and contingencies — any one of which can derail the transaction.
We manage the post-contract process for every listing and buyer assignment we take on. That includes tracking contingencies, coordinating with lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys, and the other side of the deal, and keeping clients informed throughout.
For complex assignments — receiverships, REO dispositions, court-supervised sales — we add the additional layer of institutional reporting, overbid procedure management, and coordinating with multiple legal and financial stakeholders simultaneously.
