Hayford Crossing is a 42,965 SF grocery-anchored retail center built in 2016 in Airway Heights, WA. Our team was engaged to represent a buyer seeking to acquire the property. Because the transaction was structured as an off-market sale, the buyer needed a team with direct relationships and the ability to source, evaluate, and close on an asset that was never publicly listed.
