Our team was engaged to represent a buyer in the acquisition of a fully occupied retail center in Puyallup, Washington. The property, a 6,372 SF multi-tenant retail building built in 2006, was 100% occupied at the time of sale. The assignment required identifying the right opportunity for our client and guiding them through a competitive on-market transaction.
Action
We worked closely with the buyer to evaluate the property and move through the acquisition process.
